Project Description
A pharmaceutical patient support program needed a printed resource guide to walk newly enrolled patients through every step of their treatment journey — from completing an enrolment form through to accessing financial assistance, connecting with a dedicated Patient Access Liaison, navigating specialty pharmacy and insurance, and finding community resources.
The guide needed to feel approachable and clear to patients who may be managing a serious condition and navigating an unfamiliar healthcare system. Dense programme information had to be made genuinely readable and visually engaging.
Our Solution
Kryski Biomedia designed and illustrated the full guide, developing a roadmap visual metaphor to show the patient journey as a sequence of clear steps. Custom portraits of the Patient Access Liaison team were created to give the guide a human, relatable feel. Infographic-style layouts organised complex program information — insurance navigation, financial assistance options, community programs — into sections that patients can scan and reference easily.
